God judged Jesus Christ for your sins on the cross almost 2,000 years ago. It belongs to the past. Long before you were born. God wanted to get rid of the sin. He did not want to get rid of you. Therefore, He let Jesus Christ take the judgment on your behalf.

So if you believe in Jesus Christ, there will be no more judgment day where you will be punished for your sins. Jesus Christ was punished for your sins.
